The Danny Maude Coaching Experience
Terms and Conditions
1. The “Danny Maude Coaching Experience” is open to individuals who provide their full name, handicap, Location and e-mail address on the competition entry page.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
3. Promoter: D M Maude Ltd
4. Employees or agencies of D M Maude Ltd its group companies, their employees, or their family members, or anyone else connected with the COMPETITION , may not enter the COMPETITION.
5. Employees or agencies of CALLAWAY or the wider Callaway Golf Company (“OGIO”, “Callaway Golf”, TM? “We”), its group companies, their employees, or their family members, or anyone else connected with the COMPETITION, may not enter the COMPETITION
6. Entrants into the COMPETITION shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
7. By submitting your name, handicap, country of origin and e-mail address upon entry into the COMPETITION, you agree to receive e-mails from D M Maude Ltd and CALLAWAY & ASSOCIATED BRANDS Callaway Golf.eu, Odyssey Golf, TravisMathewEU and Ogio.ew containing offers and marketing content that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every e-mail that we send.
8. To enter the COMPETITION, you must enter your name, handicap, country of origin and e-mail address where prompted on the competition page. No purchase is necessary. 9. One entry per person.
10. Prize – THE WINNER, PLUS GUEST WILL ENJOY A GOLF LESSON WITH DANNY MAUDE ON SATURDAY 11TH SEPTEMBER FROM 12:00 - 13:30 AT WENTWORTH GOLF CLUB. TWO ENTRANCE TICKETS TO THE BMW PGA CHAMPIONSHIP WILL ASLO BE INCLUDED AS PART OF THE PRIZE FOR SATURDAY 11TH SEPTEMBER.
11. TRANSPORT TO AND FROM WENTWORTH GOLF CLUB IS NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF THE COMPETITION PRIZE.
12. THE COMPETITION PRIZE HAS TO BE TAKEN ON THE DATES IDENTIFIED. NO ALTERNATIVE DATES ARE AVAILABLE AND CANNOT BE SWITCHED.
13. DANNY MAUDE does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by D M MAUDE LTD.
14. The closing date of the COMPETITION is 11.59pm on THURSDAY 9TH SEPTEMBER 2021. Entries received outside of this time period will not be considered.
15. One winner will be chosen at random FROM ALL CORRECT ENTRIES received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
16. D M MAUDE LTD & CALLAWAY GOLF Europe & ST accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
17. The winner will be notified at 9:00amGMT on Friday 10th September. The winner must reply by 12:00pmGMT otherwise the winner’s prize shall be forfeited and D M Maude Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance within the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 2 Hours of receiving notiofication or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited D M Maude Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner.
18. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
19. D M Maude Ltd retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
20. D M Maude Ltd shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process your prize and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.
21. D M Maude Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this COMPETITION with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of D M Maude Ltd in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. The COMPETITION will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
23. The golf lesson will be filmed and published on the social media channels of Danny Maude and Callaway Golf EU
DISCLAIMER
D M Maude Ltd and CALLWAY GOLF EUROPE competition is running from 06/09/2021 until 09/09/2021. One winner will be chosen FROM ALL CORRECT ENTRIES RECEIVED. We will contact the winner within at 9:00amGMT on Friday 10th September 202. Entrants must provide their full name, handicap, country of origin and e-mail address to be entered into the competition.
Covid-19 Tournament Procedures
Accredited sponsors working on site (UK based staff Green Zone)
Proof of full vaccination status with NHS COVID PASS (if from outside of UK, proof of vaccination status from relevant country)
Proof of negative lateral flow test every 2 days (no onsite testing required; photo proof of result is accepted)
Accredited sponsors working on site (EU and USA who have travelled to England for Event Amber Zone)
PCR test required with 72 hours of travelling
Booked PCR test within 2 days of landing in UK (PCR test can be taken on Day 0)
Once the last test is complete with a negative test result the staff member will enter the green zone and have full access to their accredited areas
